Didnt sleep very well last night, so could not be bothered to do my shred this morning! Hopefully do it after work though. Had a sneaky peek at scales this morning and it's looking good!

Breakfast
1 weetabix, skimmed milk and pear (3PP)

Lunch
Same old...prawn salad with Colmans Seafood Sauce (3PP) and a warby thin (3PP)

Dinner
Probably WW meal (8PP) with 2 birds eye waffles (6PP)

Snacks
Kinder Bar (2PP), Banana, Pear, Tangerine & Grapes

Drinks
1 tea, water & diet coke (1PP)
 
Food is looking good! Hope your daughter's medicine continues to help and that you manage a better night sleep tonight x
