Hi there ladies and gents.
Thought i'd pop along for a browse as my weight is coming off too slow for my liking with SW
I really really enjoy the SW plan but I'm not as active as I used to be and now i'm lucky to lose 0.5lb a week.
My friend has done both SW and WW and she says that she likes WW better and she still lost good amounts even when she wasn't active.
Could somebody give me the jist of the diet so I can decide where I want to go?
