    I dont know how many of us plot our weight losses on the website but as i have had a few STS and 1/2lb gains it has changed my line, so now it looks like i wouldnt get to my 10% until next Easter. i dont know about anybody else but that has really put me off plotting my weight.:mad::mad:

    I use it but the predicted line only seems to take account of what you've done this week, rather than an average. Luckily (so far anyway) i haven't put on. Think of it as a tool,not a definitive result.

    It's only calculating on your previous losses - don't take too much heed of it, you know you won't have every week STS so just think, when you lose next week it will change dramatically.
    Try and beat it - think of it a different way and don't let it worry you, you know you can do better and achieve that target quicker than easter next year!

    i had this last week said i would get to my interim target by the 15th of august but then i had a stayed the same and it moved it back to the end of october!!?? when i plotted this weeks loss it then moved forward to end of september!

    As others have said maybe just use it as a tool rather than a def date to target!

    you can select "don't show target line" to the top right of the chart which will get rid of the predicted progress line... it doesn't show on my phone anyway, my phone is selective about what things it loads on the internet!! X

    I do use it and find it very useful. The way I see it, if I don't like the way line is going, then it's up to me to change it! And it's so easily done. Plot a good loss and the line changes accordingly. It's motivational!

    Losing weight takes time... don't try and go to fast or you might lose your motivation. :)
