SW Woman of the Year - District Finals - advice needed

HI all

I have been lucky enough to make it through to the district finals this week and wondered if anyone has been or knows someone who has that can shed some light on what happens on the day, how long our little speeches are to last for etc - any info really would be appreciated. I have looked at old posts and managed ot get some info but I need to be fully prepared
