Swapping "days"

Morning everyone Am I able to do EE / green : original days whenever I fancy? I've been doing EE so far but fancy trying a few green days. If I don't like it can I thrown in an EE day (or say when I fancy some meat etc) or do I need to pick one and stick to it?

Yes of course, you can do whatever suits you.

You can swap between them. As for picking one and sticking to it, you probably should but if you only have one hexb in the morning and stick to the 1/3 superfree rule you could decide partway through the day to go EE.
