I've started sw again after many attempts by before hen I done it I had the choice of red and green, now I have the choice of red, green and ee! My question is can I do ee all the time or do I need to alternate them?! Any advise is much appreciated

nope you can change as much as you like or stick to the same plan for months. They all work

You can do which ever plan you want & what ever day, if EE is your most suited then every day of the week is just as good as so many EE red & green days

so long as you stay on the whatever plan you choose for the whole day - you can do any plan.
