Sweating

Hiya Im on day 5 & have been ok sweating wise lol. Anyway I went shopping & in the shop the sweat was pouring out of me on my face & my hair was ringing wet. Is this normal to come out in sweats like this?? Thanks Kerry x

Sounds like it could be your body detoxing, but as long as your drinking enough water you should be fine..
