DO u think its ok to leave skin on when i cook it as the goodness is in the skin, i was goin to roast it wot do u all think x
 
I don't see why that would not be okay - do you mean in terms of syns? Why wouldn't it be?

I tend to leave the skin on most veg :)
 
I'm pretty sure it's only skin/fat on meat you need to worry about isn't it xxx
 
No reason to take the skin off. I dont take the skin off anything!
 
I cant even tell its there usually! :confused: :D Not in a stew/soup for sure. Swede wedges with skin on are yum too! :)
 
I have only ever eaten swede boiled, so will be giving roasted swede a go, with and without skin :)
