I tend to leave the skin on most veg

No reason to take the skin off. I dont take the skin off anything!

I cant even tell its there usually! Not in a stew/soup for sure. Swede wedges with skin on are yum too!

I have only ever eaten swede boiled, so will be giving roasted swede a go, with and without skin
