Sweetener tablets

Hi fellow Lipotrimmers!

I hope today hasn't been too bad for you. I am new to this, started on Saturday so today is day 3. So far so good, plus my ketostix say i'm already in Ketosis so chuffed with that!

I was just wondering if anyone knew whether the splenda sweetener tablets are ok to have? I thought they were, but in another thread I saw someone say they weren't. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Little One.....
Welcome to the gang!
As far as I know you can use any artificial sweetner once it is in tablet form. If you hang on a while one of the experienced LT'rs will be along with their wisdom to help you.

i use them and they have never affected my loss and am in ketosis. like glitzybug said, any tablet sweetener is fine. well done on day 3 xx

You can definitely use the tablet sweeteners, but NOT the spoonable ones x x
