Sweetners on f&h

Is sweetener free on these days ? You know the ones that go in your coffee and the powdered stuff . I can't seem to find the info about it in my book . Trying a filling and healthy day today and just realised that it might need to be counted from my weeklies .

Right it lists seasonings and stuff on pg 7 x not a great deal there to be honest but artificial sweetener is on it x

Yeah I'd much rather di this than count points and weigh everything ...seems more of a healthy natural way of life that you can maintain iykwim xxx
