sweetners??

does anybody know if we can have artificial sweetners in black coffee on this diet?? just i cant function without coffee and the taste of it black with no sugar is enough to put anyone off lol

Yes we can have sweetners, but only in the tablet form.

dont know if you can use all sweetners but i use hermesetes , id be lost with out them.

i use any ones on offer in tablet form, ive used about 3 diff brands
