figured having a diary would help me keep motivation!
i've done slimming world twice before, been a couple of lb's from losing a stone, but i've never actually reached it, going to this time :fingerscrossed:

my weight is holding me back from most things in my life so it needs to go.
 
my first WI tomorrow, kind of scared, always getting that feeling i'm going to step on the scales and i will have gained of maintained.
i think i have done pretty good this week, apart from writing things down and exercise.
i told myself i was to write everything down that i ate, but it never sticks, i need to get into the habit of having that book with me and writing every single thing down.
and i have tried to be more active, but it didn't go as i'd planned.
definatly going for my two days at the gym this week and more walking.
