:crazy:No your not mad .You will wonder why you didnt do it years ago .It is a plesant way to exercise no hot sweaty smelly workouts at the pool .Good luck and keep an eye out for hunky life guards xxx
I learnt to swim at adults lessons in my mid twenties. 8:15 on a Sunday morning too
I loved it. Our class really bonded and a couple of years later we had our own water polo team
I carried on swimming in the team until a couple of weeks before my first son was born. A day or two after the birth when the doctor came round to feel my stomach to check everything was in order, he said "you do a lot of swimming don't you". Everything had gone back really quickly (or something).
