Hi. I'm new here. I used to go to a slimming world club but as I'm at Uni and have got a husband and 4 kids I don't have time to attend. Could anyone kindly tell me how I work syns out please. Thank you xx

Are you a member? If not you cant access the syns calculator so youll have to ask someone on here if you need something calculating.
If you are you just need to log in with your PIN then you just select the free food (top ingredient on the list) and fill in the values for everything else as listed.

PS if something doesnt have any free food in it you can always work it out as 1 syn per 20 calories. But if it does have free food you cant do it without the calculator
