Hey all,

I found this super simple and utterly delish recipe for Banana Ice Cream :-D

All you have to do is peel, chop and freeze 3 bananas. (took about 2-3 hours)
Then once frozen, add them to a blender along with 2 tbsp of fat free natural yogurt/fromage frais, dash of vanilla essence & dash of lemon flavouring.

Whizz it all until smooth then either eat straight away or if you can resist, this can be frozen for upto a month.

Enjoy! :-D xx

Yes they are but Danone activea banoffee yogs are 1 syn but they are awesome as ice cream

For syn-free ice cream...
freeze a glass bowl for an hour to get it really cold,
pour in a toffee MullerLight yoghurt and a banana flavoured one,
stir and return to the freezer.

After an hour, stir the mixture to break down the ice crystals or use a hand-held blender,
repeat the freeze-blend cycle a couple of times.

Delicious Banoffee ice cream!

My SW consultant says this is syn-free.
