Syn free chilled quorn products

Hello!!

I am new to this forum but it looks very helpful!!! i am doing slimming world at home by myself i dont go to classes.

Can someone please let me know the syn values of the following please:

peppered beef style pieces chilled

Chicken style chilled pieces

Bramply apple bangers chilled

Ive been told they are syns but i am not sure?

if your doing slimming world at home, do you mean you go through slimming world online? if so if you go to syn calculator and give all info you need tells you syns

Hi and welcome along.
We have a super subforum "syn values" which is for syn value requests - if you do a quick search in there (top right, search this forum) there are lots of posts for quorn.
Or post in there and someone will look them up for you I'm sure.

the peppered beef steaks are free (and half price in tesco just now!!) chicken styple pieces and mince are free. the lemon and cracked black pepper escalopes are 7 syns (also half price tesco ) xx
