Hi everyone so i am new to this forum, came across it when looking for syn values . I have jus started slimming world today - no classes but know a few friends that are also doing it. Ive recently had a small weight gain and am currently 14stone 2 ... the end of last year i was 13.7 . My weight has sat around 14.7-15stone for several years now but i want to be a lot healthier . Going back at my heaviest i have been around 18 stone . My goal is around the 11 stone mark which is healthy enough for my height and body frame.
I think my problem areas are going to be the milk allowance - i use semi skinned because there is less sugar in it than skimmed . Oh and disappointed my oats so simple has syns . I think i might take out a basic subscription so i can work out values of the most common foods i like but i prefer this as its quite annonomas
