well tonight i made syn free chilli (well2 for the tom purree but you dont have to add it) and i do ee
mince,
kidney beans (put them in at beginning when frylighting onions, peppers, mushrooms. then a tsp paprica, cayanne and 2 of chilli powder (or one i have a cold and needed to get things moving)
tin of tomatoes and simmer,
i had mine with syn free mash (i know weird but ear infection and cant chew and needed comfort) and a hex b of 28 g cheese mmmmmm yum
