Syn Free Couscous or low syn

am away from home tonight so need to go to sainsburys to pick up something i can sort out for lunch tomorrow. can you help with some syn free or low syn couscous that i dont need to weigh so just tear packet and ad water etc.

Hi Ronnie, most of the Ainsley Harriot ones are either free or very low syn, and yummy too!!

Okay, so I lied, they are not free....they are all low syn though!.....

1 syn per 100g cooked weight - citrus kick, tomato tango

1/2 syn per 100g cooked weight - wild mushroom, moroccan medley, roasted veg, spice sensation.
