Syn free frozen yogurt

Put a tub of fat free yogurt (muller light or activa snackpot) and 250g of fat free natural yogurt in a Tupperware dish (one that has a lid). Stir in around 300g chopped fruit like strawberries and raspberries (remember not to blend as they'll have syns) and 2 tablespoons granulated canderel. Add some fresh vanilla seeds and you're done! Pop it in the freezer with the lid on and stir every half hour until you have the desired consistency.

Serves 2 as a nice sized dessert.

Hiya - I think it's because when fruit is taken out of it's natural state you're left with essentially, sugar! And as well as that you can eat a lot more if it when it's blended, probably more than you'd naturally eat in a day.
