Syn Free Garlic Sauce

Hi Guys,
I'm doing my own version of Doner Kebab with all the trimmings tonight and wondered if anyone had a recipe for garlic sauce

Do you think it'll work with ff fromage frais instead of yoghurt? x

Anything yoghurty will work - fromage frais is thicker, so I might add a little bit of water until it's at the consistency you like.

I use ff fromage frais, crushed garlic, and a little bit of mixed herbs mixed through for effect. Absolutely Delish!
