Syn free luxury on Red day

I have to share this with you all!!! It's absolutely delicious and I couldn't believe syn free on a Red Day (or Ee too). Asda extra special beef bourgignon.....wow!! Just eating it with amound of free veg. I don't normally go for the more expensive ranges, but I shall be getting this again!!

In the same range at ASDA the lamb shank in mint gravy is also free on red or ee. This is FIT, although a bit expensive at £7 for 2, but well worth it for a treat.

I have it on EE with mash and peas- I am amazed that this is 'diet' food

Oooo...thanks for the heads up on the lamb too!!!
I agree it is a bit expensive, but worth it if fancy a splash out one evening. I couldnt justify paying for this on a regular basis! Lol
