I bet this is already on here somewhere but I've just made these and really thought.... Well I will give it a go but I bet I won't like them!!! (as I sometimes do!)
But I LOVED them so go on give it a go!!!
Per pancake
1 egg
1 tbs quark
Few drops vanilla essence
Sweetener to taste (I used 2 tablespoons)
Method
Separate the egg, whisk egg White until white and frothy
Mix yolks, sweetener, & vanilla together and fold into egg whites
Cook with frylight until golden (be careful when u turn them they are very fragile)
I served mine with strawberries and quark mixed with vanilla, sweetener and strawberry flavouring.
