Hi, have any of you out there tried the syn free chicken and bacon pate recipe thats on here?
Ooooh it is just lovley, its in the fridge chilling at the moment but couldnt help dipping into it before it went in the fridge.
So who ever it was who posted it a BIG thank you to ya X

That was me who posted it but I got it from another SW recipe site (which has now disappeared - boohoo!). It is gorgeous, isn't it? I think I'll make some for buffet night this week.

Two blokes at work raved about it and they couldn't tell it was 'diet'!
