Syn Free Sausage & Bean Casserole

I all, I've got a really lovely Sausage and Bean Casserole receipe that I would like to share with you all because it's totally syn free on a green/ee day !!


2 cans baked beans
1 can chopped tomato
1 large onion thinly sliced
Fry light
3 cloves garlic
Worceshire sauce
Crushed chillis
Salt and pepper

6 Quorn sausages



Grill the quorn sausages as directed and put to one side. Slice into chunks.

Cook the pasta as directed and put to one side.

In a large pan slowely cook onions in fry light. Then add the garlic and cook for a further 5 mins on a low heat. Add the beans, chopped tomatos, worceshire sauce, crushed chillis, salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Then let it all simmer for about 40 minutes. Add the chopped sausages and cooked pasta and Wa la !!

If you like you can put it all in an ovenproof dish into the oven with your HEA of cheddar and cook for further 15 mins.

You can of course use whatever sausage you like and syn a little. For extra flavour add some bacon bits while at the cooking of the garlic stage.

Ooh, this sounds yummy - and I already have all of those ingredients in my cupboards, definitely gonna try this one night this week :)
