Syn Free? Uncle bens rice

Hi guys am returning to sw and have forgotten lots of the free foods that come ready packaged are the uncle bens microwave rice pouches free on green days. Thanks

Thanks for that really need to get a new food directory the one i have is lemon and rosemary will just keep it till i know syn value xx

The microwave pouches of rice (Uncle Ben, Tilda, M&S, etc.) all have a bit of oil in them to stop the rice sticking together. That gives them a small syn value - but it is worth it if you need the speed and convenience.
