I know there is a yogurt thread but I thought this is a bit more specific - also because the only yogurt I could find that is free from artificial sweeteners is the Ski Yogurt from Nestle but in one thread it says it's syn free and iin the other it says it has syns because it contains sugar!?!
I was also able to find a fat free one from Yeo Valley and Rachaels that contains sugar instead of art. sweeteners. But I'm not sure about the syn content. Ideally I woul like to have a fat free yogurt without any sweeteners, not even sugar. But I guess that's impossible:)
I could make it myself with fruit but then I have to count the syns (as I would slightly mash it). Which is weird because if I buy Mueller Yogurt it often contains fruit and it's still syn free!?!

    Any solution?

Probably only to have natural yoghurt with whole or chopped fruit I suspect. Most of not all of the diet yoghurts on the market will have artificial sweeteners in them I think. And the ones that have sugar in them will not be syn free. So you pay your money and make your choice really - syns or sweetener.
