How many syns for 1/4 can of tesco low fat custard please..... (it is not on syns online?)

And would you syn apple and blackberrys from a home made apple crumble with no added sugar.. (no crumble, and no sugar) ?

the tin of low fat custard isn't in the book, but a 150g pot of the low fat custard is 6.5 points

In answer to your other question, cooked fruit should be synned, but I wouldn't syn it.

?Yeah i know lol i wont syn my fruit! Never baked it for long anyway, just wanted to brown the crumble to impress my other half he he!!

Now the custard hmmmmmmmmm please tell me what to syn it.. i never had 100g roughly around 65g (look at me lol)

Omg guys, i am really shocked!! Just used the online syns calculator using the nutrition value, and i did per half the can, then put in half of that as a per serving!! 7.5 syns!! I am gobsmacked, so glad i had the available syns left!! Think i will buy the little pots from now on so i know where i am .. lol

Just did a check on basic non branded custard and it came up as follows:-

Puddings, Custard, low fat, ambient/canned per 100g
4 syns on both red and green.
