Are oxo cubes free?

Also Napolina chopped tomatoes with garlic in rich tomato juice ?

I am mostly doing EE so for these days are there any syns in the above many thanks in advance everyone . xx

Hi,

I just made a dinner that I love then had a thought is that syn free ? I am doing EE I made pork chops done in the oven with oxo cubes (i now know these are free) But then i added a small amount of bisto to thicken gravy (synned this) I was just wondering though as the chops are made in the oxo and then bisto added does this change the whole syn thing oh sorry for waffling don't know what I really mean suppose just the way it is cooked does that equal gravy made with fat !! HELP.....................I AM GETTING A BIT DEMENTED THINKING ABOUT THIS ONE !!

I think i know what you mean and you were right just to syn the Bisto thats it. if that was me making it thats all i would syn.
