syn help please.

    i am in the breakfast club at work and they have morrisons wholegrain medium, is this able to be a hex? also they have normal butter. how many syns would you put down? x

    1 slice of the Morrisons bread is a HeB (a HeB is 57g of wholemeal bread if not detailed separately) and the Morrisons medium is a smidgen under that weight per slice).

    A teaspoon of butter is 2 syns - about the size of one of those individual pats they use in cafes.
