I havnt had my HE A for today, I had some Tesco extra light soft cheese with garlic and herb with my dinner, it's 1.5 Syns per 25g. I had 50g = 3 Syns. Can I put it as a HE A or do I definitely have to syn it and then have something else as my HE A
Thanks guys

I looked in my book and it says '75g Medium fat soft cheese' so I think I'll get some just 'light' when I go to Tesco, I'm into my third week of slimming world and I've only had a HE A twice in 18 days =[

I struggle getting my A's in there

It's really hard, I don't drink tea or coffee and having hard cheese with a meal is a struggle as its such a small amount. I've noticed the 'calcium deprived' marks on my fingernails though so need to make more of an effort to eat soft cheese.
Last night I had chicken breast wrapped in bacon stuffed with soft cheese, its quick and easy

I don't drink milk and have tried to avoid cheese as its one of my binge foods.

Instead I have 200ml of Oatly chocolate milk drink every night as my HexA. I microwave it for 90 secs and it's like hot chocolate. It's become a nice bedtime routine and helps me relax and fall asleep quickly.

It lives with the longlife milk in the supermarket :)

That's very helpful, I'll have a look in my local Tesco, thank you
