Syn Request - Asda Brand Pasta n Sauce & Sav Rice

Hi All
Please could someone do me a BIIIG favour and syn the following items? I sent my hubby to Asda with a list of Batchelors savoury rice and pasta n sauce varieties but trying to be frugal bless him he bought Asda own brand so if the syns are high he may be eating these himself.....
Asda Chosen by you Pasta in Sauce Cheese & Ham 120g
Asda Pasta in Sauce Tomato & Herb 120g
Asda Sweet & Sour savoury Rice 120g
oh and also:
Colmans Season & Shake Paprika Chicken

Pasta in Sauce, Tomato & Herb, dried, made up as directed, 100g cooked
Extra Easy / Green is half. Red - six and a half.

Savoury Rice, Sweet & Sour, dried, made up as directed, 100g cooked
Half syn on green / EE. 7 on Red.

Season and Shake paprika is 3 1/2 for a 24g dried pack.

(I can't find the Cheese and Ham one. Sorry).
