Syn value for frozen asda kievs?

Can anyone tell me the syns for ASDA Chosen by You Chicken Breast Garlic Kievs (frozen) please. They're my last "processed" item excluding sausages so i was planning on having them for tea but I can't find them in my books, probably due to the branding change to "chosen by". Any help would be very much appreciated! Going on the 20cals = 1 syn I make them 17 syns, is that right?
