Syn value for ordinary cottage cheese

Hi, this is my first post...

I hate really low fat cottage cheese - bleugh - and wondered what the syn value was for ordinary cottages cheese (plain, with onion and chives, and with pineapple.)

It's a long and varied list but seems to range between 1 and 2syns per 100g, if you have a particular variety I can try and look it up for you

Is it just me that can't really tell the difference between very low fat and just regular cottage cheese?!
I think I may have lost some taste buds... :s

Grizzly_Man - thank you so much for that! So helpful..... I can now say 1.5 per 100g as a guesstimate.

Just in case you can look up specific cottage cheeses....I do most of my shopping at Sainsbury's. I want to buy their ordinary own label cottage cheeses, NOT their "Be good to yourself" range.
