Hi everyone. I have my work party on Friday and it is a set menu. I don't have the nutritional information, but I was just wondering if anyone would have a rough idea of syn values for:

    honey roast parsnip soup
    vanilla cheese cake

Any advice would be greatly received as I don't want to go too far off track. Thanks xx

You might be better off having a Flexisyn day and then just carry on the rest of the week on Plan. Shouldn't have too much effect on your weight loss, if any.
