syn value help please

Hi all, I don't go to class as I can't afford to so I can't check online, i do have the 2011 food directory but it's not in there.

Would anyone be kind enough to have a look in the new food directory and see if it's in.
It's Iceland 2 salmon portions in a garlic and herb marinade.
also what info would I need to post for the syns to be worked out.
