Syn value help!

Just woundered if anyone new the syn value of the Asda 30% less fat sausages are and also the Aldi crumpets - thank you

I cnt find a 30% less fat sausage? Sausage roll, or a different %, but not 30% sausage. Can you post the nutritional info?

Crumpets will be 1 syn par 20 calories as no free food.

Thanks for that, It says 30% less fat on the front of packet.
according to the packet 2 sausages contain 157cals, 1.1g sugar, 6.5g fat, 2.3g sat fat nd 1.4g salt - if that helps x

We need (per 100g OR per portion):

Calories
Protein
Carbohydrates (total, not just sugar)
Fat (total, not just saturated)
Portion size (eg the weight of 1 sausage/the whole pack etc)

per 100g they are as follows:
cals 152
protein 14.3g
carb 8.0g
the whole pack is 454g

13½ Syns for the whole pack (on EE/Red)
using pork as a Free food (I'm assuming they were pork?)

Yea they are pork, so 8 in a pack makes them about 1.5syns each.
Fantastic, thank you :bighug:. I was always travelling to Morrisons to get them but its quite a way for one item! So i'll be sticking to the asda ones now
