Syn value of bachelor pasta and sauce

Hi knave just joined this site and started slimming worked two days ago, I as fancying batchlors pasta and sauce for tea, chicken and mushroom flavour and was wonder g the syn value?

Thanks for that , so am I right in thinking if I use milk as extra option a then I am only using 1 syn for margerine?? Sorry for seeming silly x

Most people just use water and no butter - the syn values quoted are if you do that.

If you want to use you can use it from your HEa allowance and syn any butter, but you really don't them
