Hi,
Can anyone help? I'm looking for the syns value of Wasabi Sushi Yasai roll set. It should have a free food allowance as it's vegetable sushi (mainly rice, veg it does include small amounts of avocado and tofu) I'm on a green day. The only nutritional info I could get off their website is:
calories- 379
Protein - 9g
carbs -66.3g
Sugars- 9.3g
fat - 8.7g
saturates - 3.1g
sodium -0.6g
I don't have access to slimming world online or a directory, so if anyone knows the answer or could run the numbers for me I would would be extremely grateful.
