Syn value on kershaws liver & onions?

[cant weight to be thin]

Does anyone know how many Syns is Kershaws Liver & Onions on slimming world extra easy?

Its nutritional value seems ok

Fat 2.4g

I am new to this diet & would like some help on how to work out Syn values by just looking at nutritional values. Is there a rule to follow?

Lost a cool 1st 3lb so far so must be doing something right lol
