Syn Value Please

Please can someone help with the following - I have been online using the syn calculator but I don't think I did it right - these are two new things I have just got from Sainsburys:

BGTY - Vegetable Chilli & rice (chilled) 400g
Per 100g - Cals 98 - Protein 2.9 - Carbs 20.2 - Fat 0.6 - Pack size 400g

BGTY - Penne Arrabiata (chilled) 400g
Per 100g - Cals 116 - Protein 3.5g - Carbs 22.2 - Fat 1.5g - Pack size 400g

I am not sure what I can use as the free food allowance when working the syns out.

for the penne arrabiata i get
1½ Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy
1½ Syn per package/portion on Green
23 Syns per package/portion on Original

for the vegetable chilli and rice i get
Free per package/portion on Extra Easy
Free per package/portion on Green
11½ Syns per package/portion on Original

Thanks - how did you work it out? What did you use as the free food for the chilli?

i put as rice free on green and onions free on red (i'm assuming it has onions). Hope thats right huni. xx
