Syn value, please

Hi Everyone
I'm new on the site and looking for some advise. I'm looking for the syn values of a minipot of BE GOOD TO YOURSELF HOUMOUS.
Hoping to start well tomorrow - so preparing my food diary in advance

Higher than I thought. It's 6 syns per 60 gram pot on all plans. Or 1.5 per tablespoon. Still as long as your under your allowance will be fine.

You can have it as a healthy extra on a green day, well 57g of reduced fat houmous x

Thanks, Coffeelover. Yes, that is quite high - will have to only use one tablespoon.

You can make syn free hummous so quick lol I wouldn't waste the syns personally
