Syn value required

Hi all. Am on iPhone so not got my books to hand or login details for SW site.

I have made an error thinking I was on original and not extra easy yesterday. I had both the extra hex's so will need to Syn them! Doh!

My question is which two of the four would be the lowest Syn value?

200ml s/s milk
6 extra light laughing cow triangles
2 Weetabix
6 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread

Good job I write it all down or I might have missed this schoolboy error.

Anyone advise how many syns must I add please?

Laughing Cow E/L = 1 syn each
milk S/s 568ml= 13 syns, so would say about 5 syns
2 weetabix = 6.5 syns
ryvita crackerbread = 1 syn each
