    I want to know syns of Linda McCartney things, mince sauusages, pies etc
    what milk soy/oat/coconut can I have on HEA and what bread cereals etc can i have on HEB

    also what beans and spachetti are free here?

    Linda Mc Sausages, the red onion and rosemary ones are free. the other ones in the orange box are 1 syn each if chilled or 2 each if frozen. this has confused many a UK vegan but it seems that we generally get frozen ones. The mince is free, which surprises and please me, so I shall look out for that.

    Pies - bad news. the Country pies are 20.5 syns each, Lentil and veg cottage pie is 6 syns per 400g pot, mushroom and ale pies are 22 each, veggie farm house pies are 19 syns each.

    Nooch, it's pretty low, work it out from the rule of thumb 20cals (if you have two figures on the pack it's the lowest one, can't remember what the letters are exactly) = 1 syn.

    Baked beans are free, as are all other beans with no dressing, all pasta - ordinary raw dry stuff - is free. Quinoa is free too, and couscous. Do you have any SW information? As I can't type the whole program here.
