Can someone please tell me how many syns is a slive of ww wholemeal danish please?

Bought some yesterday but cant find syn valies anywhere

In my food directory it says you can have it as a HE (but dont know how many slices?? It says refer to your food optomising book for details!!!!

Anyway syned its 2 slices from a 400g loaf for 6.5 syns on both red and green.
