Hi there! I'm starting SW for second time but this time from home! Just wondering if anyone would have syn values for Uncle Bens spicy tikka masala rice pots? Also the chocolate or yoghurt covered rice cakes - I get the centra brand ones if that's any help!

And just to be really cheeky does anyone know any low syn cereal bars?!
    Thanks x

There's a thread on here somewhere with all the syns for the Uncle Bens Rice Pots - the Sweet & Sour was published as free for a while but then changed to about 8 syns:eek:. However I've found the one you want - 8.5 syns for the whole pot.

Centra aren't on the SW Syns On-Line but I'm guessing that you'd have to use the 1 syn for every 20 cal rule (1 cake = 84 cal).

Cereal bars are a subjective thing - one of my faves is Weetabix Oaty - 4 syns or Alpen Bars (the old 70 cal ones) - 3.5 syns.

Basically you can syn any that you fancy just by using the 1 syn for every 20 cals.

There are a few that can be used as HEb - the list has recently only included 2 different cereal bars but it's been upgraded to a few more now.

Thank you so much for this! A brilliant help! ?
When I previously was at sw tins of Heinz spaghetti were free - could you tell me if they still are? They'd be very handy for lunch! Thanks again! x
