Syn Values please

    Good morning

    Was just looking for the syn values of a couple of things,
    The first are a crispbread called corn thins, the nv is
    per serving 22 cals
    4.1g carbs
    0.2g fat
    0.6g fibre

    the other is just low calorie cup a soup, even the approx syns as i dont have the box with me for the nv.

    And who makes the corn thins? I can't find them on the website!!

    They are ainsley harriott cup a soupl, spicy lentil and the corn thins are by a company called Real foods, the ingredients are just 99% maize, sunflower oil and sea salt.
    they are really tasty as i get sick of eating ryvita or scan bran and they help em stay away from bread.

    Hi,
    The cup a soup is 3.5 syns a sachet and the corn thins are 1 syn each ( all flavours )
