Hi slimmers. Just wondering if anyone can help me on syn values. I have my directory but how would you work out a 'chicken breast with tomato and basil sauce's syn value??

Is everything freshly prepared or is it premade by someone else?

If you post the brand someone can try any look it up online, otherwise you would need the nutritional info & portion size and use the online calculator to work it out - theres no other way :)

If you are a member of Lifeline online, you can calculate syns with weight loss tools.. or another way to estimate is... 1 syn for every 20 calories! but thats just an estimation. x

No, you can't use the 20 calories rule (it's not an estimate) as the chicken would be a free food. You need to post the make and/or nutritional information as already said.
