Syne value help please?

Hi everyone

Would really appreciate someone telling me what the syn value is for;

Ainsley Harriot's Wild Mushroom Risotto packet (140g)- Its absolutely delicious so I'm guessing it does have a high (ish) syn value.
Also for Sainsbury's Cheese and tomato cooked pasta in a tomato and herb mayonnaise dressing? Its in a packed lunch type tub and theres 300g in there?

Any ideas would be really appreciated, especially with the Ainsly Harriot risotto as I think its lovely and if its FREE, I will just simply live on it for the next few months!
