syning a lemon?

    I was thinking of making a lemon drizzle cake, and am investigating low syn versions.. but i dont know if i have to syn juicing a lemon? i would expect to syn the skin if i grated it (lemon zest) but the juice??? can anyone enlighten me? :D

    Why would you expect to syn the skin?

    Lemon zest is free. Superfree in fact. (And lime.)
